The holiday apartment "Residenza del Sole 1" is located in Villasimius and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The pool is open from the 15th of June till the 15th of September, guests can check the opening hours at the pool entrance. The property boasts an excellent location close to all essential services, including restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Furthermore, the accommodation is situated between 3 and 6 km from the beaches of Simius, Campulongu and Porto Giunco. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. Please observe the pool regulations.
