Located in Campulongu, Sardinia, this 70 sqm holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofa beds.

The only pool is the shared outdoor pool, open from mid-June to mid-September. One shared parking space is available on site.
The property is close to public transport and the beach, just 150 meters from the sea. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted.
Beach towels are included. The house was renovated in 2024 and has several levels with steps to access the property and different areas.
Nearby, you will find services such as sunbed and umbrella rental at some beaches, marina, boat, car and scooter rental, excursions in the Marine Protected Area, diving, golf club, and horse riding.
