Located in the heart of Villasimius, this welcoming apartment is the perfect choice for those who want a comfortable and flexible holiday.
Its central location lets you forget about the car and enjoy everything the town has to offer on foot: restaurants, shops, services, and the charming evening markets are just steps away, while the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is on the first floor, accommodates up to 3 guests, and features one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom with window.
The spaces are functional and well equipped: private kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, sofa bed in the living room, two air conditioning units, two TVs, and a washing machine.
A baby cot is available on request.
There is also a small private balcony. The main highlight is the location: Simius beach is only 1.5 km away, easily reachable on foot or by the local shuttle connecting all area beaches.
The tourist information point is just 100 meters away. Within 3 km you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius: Simius, Punta Molentis, Porto Giunco with its flamingos, Campulongu, Cala Caterina, and Santo Stefano, all accessible in minutes by shuttle or car. Street parking is available and public transport is nearby.
During peak season, as in all of Villasimius, finding a spot may take a few extra minutes: we recommend arriving outside rush hours.
