Vacation apartment 'Studio Eva' in Singen (Hohentwiel) is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones.
The 69 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with separate toilet and thus offers space for 3 people.
The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with satellite TV and streaming services, a heater, a fan, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as a dryer. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. The holiday apartment is at a forest and offers a view of the Friedinger Schlössle.
A lake is approximately 12 km away and a bus stop is around 500 meters away. Free parking is available on the street opposite the holiday apartment. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. A stair lift is available. There are security cameras outside of the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

I have stayed at the Studio Eva for eighteen days(18) past mid of July. The place was cozy and nice especially the balcony was so nice to see the outside scenery and think about.
The host was also very kind that made me comfortable and tried to know me something about even though I could not speak ...
