The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Schlegel” is situated on the outskirts of Singen, near many hiking routes and only a short drive from the banks of Lake Constance.
The 72 m² apartment on the third floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television and a highchair.
You can start your day with coffee on the little balcony before exploring the scenic area and the lake.
From the apartment, it is a 12-minute walk (950 m) to the nearest supermarket and a bakery.
The nearest pharmacy, as well as cafés and restaurants can be reached after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km).
The closest beaches of Lake Constance, where you can swim in the clear blue water, surrounded by a wonderful lake and mountain panorama, lie in Moos and Iznang, an 18-minute drive (14 km) from the apartment.
The pretty town of Radolfzell is a 16-minute drive (12.5 km) or 7 minutes by train (from the centre of Singen) away, and Schaffhausen in Switzerland is a 27-minute drive (27 km) from the property.
Furthermore, the island Reichenau, a World Heritage Site, is located 36 km or a 29-minute drive away, also close to the picturesque old town centre of Konstanz, which is famous for its centuries-old buildings, charming architecture and the cathedral.
The area around Singen offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores.
An extinct volcano, the “Hohentwiel”, is only a 12-minute drive (5.2 km) away and offers fantastic views over Singen and the scenic landscape after you have hiked up.
In winter, you can even go skiing a 50-minute drive (50 km) across the nearby Swiss border.
Street parking is available.

Große Wohnung
Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, etwas Farbe würde der Wohnung die in die Jahre gekommen ist gut tun.
Glaube der Vermieter hat die Wohnung schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Kaffeemaschine mussten wir 3xneu einschalten um das Wasser aus dem Wassertank zu bekommen um dann entlich mal Frühstücken zu können usw.
