The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and TV. The well-equipped kitchenette features a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a cozy dining area with a table and two chairs.
The bathroom provides a shower, hairdryer, and toilet.
Wi-Fi is available to you. You can enjoy the shared, south-facing, uncovered terrace with a comfortable seating area – ideal for relaxing and outdoor meals. A shared parking space is available to you. The accommodation is located in a family house on the Weinburg and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, as the paths begin directly at the property.
The nearest bus stop offers good connections to the city center with the city bus. Events are not permitted on the property. Lake Constance is about 3 kilometers away.
There you will find a water playground and the train station.
A walk along the lakeshore is highly recommended.
Near the train station you can discover the city garden, the city museum, the Höllturm, and the Kappedäschle fountain.

Die Wohnung hat alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Genug Platz, gute Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse , ruhige Umgebung , sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, so dass sich ein netter Kontakt entwickelt hat.
In wenigen Minuten mit Fahrrad oder Auto am See bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Herrliche Wohnung mit harmonischer großer überdachter Terrasse !
