Located on the sea in Ciutadella, the villa Terra offers guests a fantastic view and lots of space.
The 200 m² villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite TV.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.
A high chair is also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its wonderful private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
From here you can enjoy wonderful views over the glistening sea in front of you.

L emplacement de la maison est fantastique mais ne justifie pas le prix qui est trop elevé par rapport à l'etat de la maison

Limpieza perfecta , buenas comodidades , ambiente cálido y relajante , ubicación inigualable muy cerca de Ciutadella, ventajosa en cuanto al acceso directo a la cala !!
