In the port town of Cap d'Artutx on the southwestern tip of Menorca, the charming vacation home "Villa Goyo" awaits you with mediterranean flair.
The 75m² vacation home is elegantly furnished and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a highchair are available upon request.
In the private outdoor area, a covered terrace with sitting area, a brick barbecue and a lovingly landscaped garden with shady trees await you.
Just a 6-minute walk (500m) from the accommodation is the town's landmark, the black and white lighthouse built in 1859.
There are also three restaurants in the immediate vicinity, within 2-3 minutes walking distance.
A number of other restaurants and cafes are located around the harbor, which is about 1km away and can be reached in 12 minutes on foot.
The nearest beach, Platja de Son Xoriguer, is 1.4km from the accommodation.
A supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes (240m) on foot.
The island's airport is 55km away and can be reached by car in about 50 minutes.

Maison agréable, bien équipée, avec un grand jardin.

Dans l'annone il n'est pas indiquée que la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre mais voisins très discrets.
Malgré la clim en mode chauffage, nous avons eu assez froid, certaines portes laissent passer de l'air par le bas.
Une machine faisait pas mal de bruit la nuit (chauffe eau, assainisseur d'eau...??)
