In Ciutadella de Menorca the ultra-modern apartment is situated in a 2-storey house with several residential units, which share a common outdoor area.
The 65 m² apartment is on the 1st floor and has a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed. On the private, rooftop terrace you can soak up some sun, enjoy your meals and a glass of wine in the fresh air. The common outdoor area offers a view of the beautiful landscape and features 2 barbecues and a fantastic outdoor pool - no wishes are left unfulfilled and everyday stress is quickly forgotten! The closest supermarket is only 600 m from the accommodation and you will find both a bar and a restaurant within 50 m. The dreamlike, sandy beach Playa Cala Blanca is 270 m or a 3-minute walk away and enchants beachgoers with its white sand and crystal clear water. Parking is available on the street.

La proximidad de 2 min a una cala (Cala Blanca). Además, la piscina comunitaria se agradece durante la estancia en la isla.

Jennifer’s place was great. It was well appointed and the location couldn’t be better. You can literally wake up and walk to the ski lift. We will definitely return!

Super cute unit! Modern fixtures and amenities. Comfy beds, helpful host. We loved the loft beds. My boys asked if we could live here. :)
