- Parking spaces are available on the property - Pets are allowed on request, additional fees may apply Surrounded by nature, the elegant chalet "Cas Cans" welcomes you with Mediterranean flair in the municipality of Artà in the northeast of Mallorca.
The 350m² large and tastefully furnished vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and a TV, while a crib and a high chair are available on request.
On the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the sunny balcony with a cozy sitting area you can make yourself comfortable with a good book or a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous view of the surrounding hills.
In the spacious outdoor area with garden, a large, partly covered, terrace with numerous other seating options, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a large pool awaits you.
The nearest beaches can be reached in about 17-20 minutes by car.
The center of Artà, where you can find numerous restaurants and some supermarkets, as well as the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, perched on a hill overlooking the town, is also just a 6-minute drive (2.5km) from the accommodation.
The capital Palma and the airport can be reached in about an hour (70km) by car.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Firewood for the fireplace is available.
