The Casa del Mar 19, ideally located on the north coast of Mallorca in the Colonia de San Pedro, impresses guests with its simple, elegant decor and the view from its beautiful terrace.
The holiday home with rustic wooden beams and tasteful decoration has a living room, a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
A studio room is also available.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a television.
The house is fully equipped for winter with two wood stoves, heating in the bathroom, and hot air.
Outside you can prepare fresh meals on the barbecue and enjoy them on the covered terrace, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastal landscape.
Stroll through your lush garden and relax in the fresh air.
Due to its excellent location, a selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are only a 5-minute walk from the house.
The small bay Caló d'es Parral with its pebble beach is only a 1-minute walk away.
Those who are looking for sandy beaches and water sports can drive approximately 12 minutes by car to reach the 2 km long sandy beach of Sa Canova.
The property is located 5 km from the Llevant Peninsula Natural Park.
Parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Der Ort ist wunderschön!
Die Handtücher rochen leider etwas muffelig. Die Schubladen der Küche könnten mal gereinigt werden. Krumme Lampen sehen auch eher nicht so gut aus. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten.

Wir haben uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und allem was man sonst noch braucht ausgestattet. Bei den noch kühleren Temperaturen haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu den Vermieter.

Es ist sehr hell und individuell gestaltet, der Blick in die Landschaft ist wunderschön, es gibt Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine und auch Gewürze etc zum Verwenden.
Der Strand direkt vor Ort eignet sich leider nicht zum Verweilen, da er als Hundeklo benutzt wird. Aber es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung und der Weg entlang der Küste ist wunderschön!
