On the outskirts of the picturesque village of Artà, Sos Fuyes is a two-story country house set on a private 16,000 m² plot with mountain views.
Its modern design and minimalist décor create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The 86 m² home is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old. It features a bright living room, fully equipped open kitchen with island, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest toilet.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, game console, crib, and high chair. Outside, you will find a furnished balcony and a spacious terrace with dining area, lounge, sun loungers, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen.
The highlight is the private 30 m² pool with a small waterfall—perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peace and sunsets. The property offers complete privacy, yet is just a 2-minute drive (1.5 km) from Artà, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and all services.
The best beaches and coves in eastern Mallorca are only a short drive away; the nearest, Colònia de Sant Pere, is 11 km. Additional information Heating and air conditioning are provided by heat pump in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
The bathroom has a separate heater.
In winter, heating is turned on one or two days before arrival to ensure a comfortable temperature.
Free parking is available on the property.

Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und schön grün, der Pool und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön gestaltet. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts.
Die Isolierung ist nicht die beste (Fenster morgens nass, Wasser kam ins Haus bei starkem Regen)
Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück.

Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen, Top-Ausstattung, alles neu, super Pool, wunderschönes und abgelegenes Grundstück. Es bietet zwar ein weiteres kleines Schlafzimmer, aber ohne Schrank (für Kinder aber geeignet). Ansonsten alles perfekt, super Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar sind. Die Einrichtung und das gesamte Haus sind sehr neuwertig.
Man hört die relativ viel befahrene Straße, aber sobald der Wasserfall am Pool an ist, stört es nicht mehr.
