-Parking available at the property -No pets allowed The luxurious Villa Moliner is located in a quiet residential area outside of Pollença, near to the Albufereta nature reserve.
The 275 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The property also has a library.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, an iPod docking station and a washing machine.
A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.
The property features a large private garden and a pool with a built-in jacuzzi.
There is also both a covered and an uncovered terrace where guests can relax, enjoy the fresh air and even cook a delicious meal on the grill.
There is also a pond in the garden.
A selection of restaurants and shops can be found just 13 minutes away by car in the town-centre of Pollença (8 km), or 13 minutes away in Alcúdia (7.9 km).
