The modern holiday home Ses Oliveres is located in the area of Cala Sant Vicenç and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people.
Additional services include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fireplace, television and washing machine.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
The property has a private outdoor area with garden, as well as a covered and an uncovered terrace with seating furniture, where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.
There is also a barbecue for preparing delicious meals outdoors.
The house is very well located and a selection of restaurants can be reached within a 5 minute walk.
The nearest supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away (160 m), and the crystal clear waters and white sand of Platja de Cala Barques are only a 10 minute drive away.
Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are 51 minutes away by car (66.6 km). - Parking is available on the property as well as on the street. - The property has security cameras installed only in the parking area. - Pets are not allowed - Soap and toilet paper are provided only for the first few days, not for the whole stay. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für 2 Personen war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und für unsere Aktivitäten war die Lage perfekt.
Es fehlen Moskito-Netze, durch die Feuchtigkeit hatten wir viele Mücken.

The villa is situated in an ideal location, being so close to Pollenca - walking distance - supermarkets and, of course, Puerta Pollenca.

War alles ok, man wusste das kein pool da ist. Aber wenn man da ist merkt man das er trotzdem fehlt. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Nur natürlich alles weiter weg. Ohne Auto wäre man aufgeschmissen. Aber so sehr sauber und ordentlich. Eine Graue Karze die wir Carlos nannten. Kam mehrmals am tag. Wir gaben ihr auch was. Weil wir Tiere lieben. Im großen und ganzen war alles gut. Und ist zu empfehlen.
Kein pool. Den könnte man noch bauen. Das fehlt da total. Und zu Fuß ist alles zu weit weg. Nur mit Auto erreichbar.
