In an excellent central location, 700 metres from the beach, the studio apartment ‘Estudio Calarojas’ is part of an apartment complex and is the perfect base for discovering the town.
Boasting a mountain view, the charming property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a television and a highchair.
The apartment provides a baby cot and a highchair upon request. Your private balcony invites you to start the day outside with a delicious breakfast.
The shared outdoor area of the complex leaves nothing to be desired and consists of a garden and an open terrace, a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached by foot in under 5-10 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away (550 m).
The long, sandy beach of Alcúdia is just a 16-minute walk away (1.3 m) and the water park Hidropark Alcúdia, where you can enjoy hours of fun with the family, is a 23-minute walk from the property (1.8 km).
