In a central location in Port d’Alcúdia, the holiday home ’Casa Paqui Alcudia’ impresses guests with its expansive, private outdoor area.
The charming property consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with one single bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are also available, making the property particularly child-friendly.
The highlight of the property is definitely its private outdoor area which consists of a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table.
Spend relaxing days outside in the fresh air and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
Due to its excellent location, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 12-minute walk away (1 km).
In just 15 minutes walking you will reach the beautiful beach of Port d’Alcúdia with its soft, white sand and crystal-clear water, and the water park Hidropark Alcúdia is just a 6-minute walk away (500 m).

Die Ausstattung, Lage und unkomplizierte Buchung inkl. Schlüsselübergabe. Da wir Ende November im Haus waren es recht kalt. Die Heizungen konnten jedem Raum ohne Probleme heizen.

Dejligt hus og god beliggenhed - og super fin service fra udlejer og hendes datter.
Der var en del myrer men det fik de ret hurtigt taget hånd om - dejlig problemfrit ophold
Rymligt hus som låg mycket lokalt.
