The spacious Calesas Apartment, measuring 120 m², is located in the center of Cádiz, a charming city renowned for its excellent year-round climate.
Situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old building (no elevator), it impresses with a rooftop terrace offering wonderful views of the Bay of Cádiz. Large windows fill the apartment with natural light.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it features a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with a single bed each), and a bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. The private balcony is perfect for starting your day with a coffee outdoors, while the spacious 80 m² rooftop terrace, shared with another apartment, invites you to sunbathe on loungers, prepare meals on the barbecue, and enjoy sea views as well as the charming towns of the Bay of Cádiz, such as El Puerto de Santa María and Rota.
Thanks to its excellent location, you’ll find a supermarket right across the street and, just a 5-minute walk away, numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and a wide range of cultural attractions.
The beautiful beaches of Santa María del Mar and Playa de las Mujeres are only 700 meters or a 9-minute walk away. Well-behaved pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed upon prior request.
