The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include 2 TVs (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room), a standing fan, electric heaters, and a washing machine.
The apartment also features 2 private balconies, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The location is excellent, just 290 m from Cádiz Cathedral, 1.2 km from Santa María del Mar beach, and 1.5 km from La Caleta beach.
In addition, public transport connections are within walking distance.

Check-in was a nightmare, wrong and weird info, the owner replied after two hours, never showed up himself.
The apartment is within a rebuilding site (chalk/dust/equipment).
In the living room amongst others a bike, a dryer, 2 huge fire extinguishers, a tv that doesn't work properly.
