With a fabulous location in the historic heart of Cádiz, the penthouse La Torre de Menacho is just half a block from the beautiful Plaza Mina and offers a private rooftop terrace.
Located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, the 60 m² apartment features modern, elegant décor and includes a bright living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning, washing machine, cable TV, air heater, shower gel and shampoo, crib, as well as beach umbrellas and towels.
The highlight is the spectacular private rooftop terrace, furnished with a stylish dining area, romantic lounge, fragrant flowers, and a sunshade.
Enjoy delicious meals prepared on the barbecue with fresh ingredients while admiring magnificent ocean views.
Within a minute’s walk you’ll find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and Plaza Mina, one of the old town’s most beloved squares.
Alameda Apodaca, a peaceful waterfront area with gardens, is just 120 m away.
The famous Playa de la Caleta beach is 1.2 km or a 16-minute walk.
The apartment is only 15 minutes on foot from the train and bus stations.
Traveling by car is not recommended, as street parking is possible but very difficult to find.
If you choose to arrive by car, underground garages are recommended and available for an extra fee. A host will always welcome you and provide all relevant information during your stay.
Temporary note: Renovation work is currently underway in a neighboring building, expected to finish by June 2026. There is no demolition or particularly noisy work, so the atmosphere remains peaceful, especially in the afternoons and on weekends.

Nice location, close to beach in the walled city. We appreciated and used the balcony. Must be good with stairs as it’s on the 4th floor. Would stay here again.
