Villa Vanessa is a holiday home of about 145 m² on two levels, located in Punta Molara (San Teodoro), surrounded by Sardinian nature with a large private garden on three sides of the property.
It is the ideal solution for families or groups seeking space, privacy, and the tranquility of the Costa Gallurese, with a beautiful sea view. The villa features three bedrooms—two doubles and one with two single beds—two bathrooms with showers, and a well-equipped kitchen with all essentials for a pleasant stay.
For more specific needs, we are happy to provide additional equipment upon request.
The spacious private garden offers plenty of outdoor space; covered parking is available inside the property. Air conditioning is present in every room, ensuring maximum comfort on warmer days.
Exclusive WiFi is available with no traffic limits or signal issues.
Cable TV is included. Mosquito screens are installed in the sleeping area and kitchen.
As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking. Electricity payment is mandatory and must be settled at check-in using the methods available on the booking platform. To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, bed linen and towels are essential for your stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem unbezahlbaren Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Man sollte aber anmerken, das jedes Wasser was zum trinken oder zum Kochen braucht im Supermarkt gekauft werden muss. Das Bild vom Pool ist veraltet und zeigt eine Treppe die es nicht mehr gibt.

Sehr angenehmer Ort, für Ruhesuchende PERFEKT! Antonio (Kontaktperson) sehr hilfsbereit und offen. Alles gut organisiert und auf Anliegen oder Fragen hatte er immer Antworten u. o. Lösungen bereit. The view from the terrace was ok.
The entire property was in dire need of renovation. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were dirty and some of the kitchen appliances were broken.
A joke for 2700 EUR a week.
