Located in Cala Ginepro, not far from the famous San Teodoro, Sa Villa Cala Ginepro welcomes you with stunning sea views in the beautiful setting of the Tavolara and Molara marine protected area, surrounded by peace and tranquility.
The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms furnished in traditional Sardinian style, and 2 private bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and a TV. Air conditioning throughout the house and heating are available for an extra fee. A baby cot and high chair are available for an extra fee. Your private outdoor space includes a garden, a large open terrace with lounge area, chairs, sun loungers and deck chairs, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue area with a large table for outdoor dining, and an outdoor shower next to the terrace. The villa is just a short distance from the most beautiful beaches on the coast, including Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and La Cinta. Das Haus hat Charme, der Ausblick ist super schön und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief richtig gut.
Kann das Haus und alles drumherum sehr empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay !! Great location !Relaxing and private, but close to great villages, shops and beaches. House and property were peaceful and great !
