Located in Cala Ginepro, not far from the famous San Teodoro, the Sa Villa Cala Ginepro awaits you with its fantastic sea view in the marvellous setting of the Tavolara and Molara marine protected area, immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms furnished in typical Sardinian style with air conditioning and 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all bed rooms, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby bed and high chair are available for an extra fee.

We really enjoyed our stay !! Great location !Relaxing and private, but close to great villages, shops and beaches. House and property were peaceful and great !

Belle maison dans un beau jardin, vue sur mer. Tranquille et accueillante la maison est très confortable et bien équipée. Les terrasses sont un gros plus. L’accueil par Eugénio est génial et il répond très rapidement à nos questions.

We wanted to give this villa a higher rating because it is a lovely house, with gothic ceilings and curved archways set in a fine neighbourhood. The air conditioning was first class - silent and cooling and in all the rooms. The terrace wraps around the living area nicely with a comfortable dining a...
