The BELVEDERE apartment is located a few hundred meters from the beach of Cala Ginepro and is part of a residence with a communal pool.

The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa, a functional kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with an equipped ante-bathroom.

The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is located 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes away by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of young people and adults. Please note that the Wi-Fi signal strength is optimal both outside and inside.
