Near Artà, the Finca S'Hort de Carrossa is located on a 27.000 m² property and inspires guests with its unique ambience.
The rural holiday house extends over 2 floors and offers 300 m² of living space with a comfortable living room featuring an extravagant bookshelf and an industrial, spiral staircase.
The house furthermore boasts a dining room with a large table for 6 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (a "suite" room with a double bed on the ground floor, another room with a double bed and another with two single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each room (except the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms), satellite TV, one baby cot and one high chair.
There is also a hydromassage bath available for one person only.
The outdoor area has a partially-covered stone terrace with lounge furniture, recliners and a 32 m² pool.
Relax on the hammock and let your gaze wander over the wide meadows and fields as well as the mountain range on the horizon.
Grill delicious dishes in the mixed barbecue (with a choice of gas or charcoal) and enjoy them with a glass of full-bodied wine.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 4 km or a 6-minute drive away and the nearest beach, Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere, is 10 km or an 11-minute drive from the accommodation. Het huis was perfect schoon, mooi ingericht en heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een onbezorgde vakantie. De keuken was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en de slaapkamers en de bedden waren comfortabel. Ook de badkamers helemaal prima. Niets op aan te merken. Airco in alle kamers zorgde voor een continue aangename temperatuur in huis.
Niets onoverkomelijks. Het water in het zwembad is wel heel erg koud en de loungeset op het terras is aan vervanging toe. Deze zat niet comfortabel als je er wat langer op zat. Maar verder helemaal perfect!
