A few kilometres north of the village of Artà, you will find the Finca Allà d'Alt, which offers a wonderful outdoor area and excellent facilities.
The beautiful Finca with natural stone façades has a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and a stone wall, a very well-equipped kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a jacuzzi bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fireplace, a baby cot and a high chair.
The absolute highlight of the fantastic outdoor area is the 60 m² pool, which is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
The spacious, well-kept garden of the accommodation enchants guests with blossoming bushes, lush vegetation and its own tree population - here you can be one with nature and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Several paved outdoor terraces with comfortable seating invite you to enjoy delicious meals in the company of your loved ones or to round off a sunny holiday with a glass of delicious wine.
The old well of the property provides a particularly original atmosphere - experience the rural flair here up close and enjoy a maximum level of privacy! There are cats, goats and a donkey on the property, which is a great attraction especially for children.
A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in Artà after 4.3 km or a 9-minute drive.
There is a weekly market on Tuesdays which is well worth a visit and where you will find culinary delicacies and Mallorcan handicrafts.
The nearest sandy beach, Cala Torta, is 14.5 km or a 30-minute drive away and awaits you with an absolutely natural, almost undisturbed environment. Parking is available on the property.

Die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen.
Die Finca war sehr sauber und ordentlich und man hatte alles, was man braucht.
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Runterkommen. Meine Familie und ich fanden es so schön dort und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Darüber hinaus waren die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Finca war in einem Topzustand, inkl. Heizung, Klima und top isoliert. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man ist ungestört und in freier Natur.

I should not review our stay at this finca - I am afraid that it will be booked out all through the day and we cannot come back. Tranquil, lovely setting and well-maintained finca that we completely renovated some 25 years ago. Very authentic. Guillem is a great and very attentive host. Couldn't be better!
Sometimes the internet was quite slow - Guillem is working on this, I believe.
