The gorgeous country villa Finca Can Suau is situated just outside the Port of Pollença and enchants visitors with a dreamlike pool area and unique interior decoration.
The holiday home tastefully integrates antique furniture and rustic architecture with modern touches and consists of a living room with a cosy fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with beautiful artisan tiles, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds) as well as 3 bathrooms.
The country villa can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
The absolute highlight of the property, however, is the expansive and luxurious outdoor area, which is truly an oasis for visitors.
A 120m2 pool recreates the atmosphere of a private cove, surrounded by boulders and palm trees and boasting a small fountain in the center.
Visitors are invited to refresh themselves on warm afternoons and relax in the sun loungers on the terrace around the pool.
On the covered, furnished terrace, guests can dine together in the fresh air and look out over the beautifully-landscaped garden, which also features a ping pong table to ensure fun for everyone in the group. A large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes is in the centre of Port de Pollença, about 5 minutes away by car. To hear the sound of waves rolling on to the shore, visitors only need to drive 7 minutes (about 3km) to the main beach of Port de Pollença. Here guests can relax on the white sands and admire the turquoise waters of the sea. Parking spaces are available on the property. An additional charge of 15 e per night for electrical use is payable on arrival. The eco-tax is to be paid on arrival for an amount of 2,20 e per person per night.

Sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage. Der Pool ist gross und hat 3 verschiedene Zonen. Somit ist für jeden Schwimmer etwas dabei. Klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Ausreichend Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Mückennetze für die meisten Betten. Wäschewechsel nach 1 Woche.
Die Badezimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Im Poolhaus wäre ein Kühlschrank sinnvoll. Weitere Sonnenschirme am Pool wünschenswert. Diese Punkte sollen nicht als Kritik, sondern als hilfreiches Feedback verstanden werden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Great villa; you pay for the garden and pool. The interior is a bit dated but meets expectations and matches the photos. The air conditioning works well in all bedrooms.

A plastic outdoor chair accidentally broke. It felt flimsy and cheap from the start. A €120 fee was paid for the broken chair, which is a significant amount for a chair of that quality. So, a significant amount of compensation is being paid for items that may not be worth it.
