Where can I find the list of Distribution Channels? (French Properties)

If you wish to check the distribution channels on which your property is listed, please follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Holidu Account: Access your account and select the property you wish to review.
2. Go to “Configuration” on the left-hand side menu.
3. Scroll down and click on “Distribution channels.”

In this section, you will find a comprehensive list of all the available distribution channels for your property. For each channel, you can use the direct link provided to view your property’s public listing on that specific channel.

Additionally, by clicking on “Channel terms” within each channel tab, you can access detailed information about:

• Payment terms
• Channel commissions
• Cancellation policies
• Security deposit handling

New Distribution Channels for French Properties – Starting July 2025

From July 2025, Holidu will begin distributing French properties on two new platforms:
 Check24 

 HomeToGo

If your property is published on Holidu and located in France, it will also be visible on these channels.

City Tax and Booking Details

The city tax will be shown to guests during booking, and Holidu will handle the collection and payment to the local authorities—so you don’t need to take any action.

As with Holidu bookings, modifications such as date or guest changes are not possible once a reservation is confirmed.

How to Deactivate a Channel

If you prefer not to appear on one of these platforms, you can deactivate it in your Holidu account:

Go to Properties > Distribution channels > Channel terms > click Deactivate channel.
