This spacious 110 m² villa offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large, inviting living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is equipped with all modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine, ensuring a hassle-free and relaxing stay.
The open, airy living space is perfect for unwinding, while the cozy bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. Step outside into the private garden, where you’ll find a fully equipped patio complete with a large dining table for alfresco meals and a comfortable lounge corner with outdoor chairs and a sofa, perfect for relaxation.
A second covered terrace, located on the upper floor, offers a secluded and cozy space to read or unwind in privacy, while enjoying a peaceful, green view. After a sun-filled day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of the private outdoor shower and a barbecue for laid-back evenings. Cala Sinzias beach, with its charming chiringuitos and seaside restaurants, is only a short walk away.

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Hausbesitzerin hatte uns bereits alle notwendigen Informationen über die Anfahrt zu Haus , die Regeln für die Mültrennung geben. Checking erfolgt schnell und kontaktols. Sehr praktisch ist ,dass es für den Strand sowohl Sonnenschierme als auch Liegen gibt.
Das einzige, was nicht klar war, war eine kleine Beschwerde des Hausbesitzers, dass wir die Spache am Fernseher geändert und Einstellungen bei unserer Abreise nicht geändert haben. Leider war dies in der Beschreibung der Hausordnung nicht erwähnt. Wenn es ihnen so wichtig ist, sollte es in den Regeln angegeben werden,
