This studio in central Conil is part of a restored traditional village house.
Access is via stairs to the first floor (no elevator). Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. From the window, you can see the sea and the village church.
The studio features a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living-dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
There is a shared terrace of about 100 m² with three other studios, offering sea views.
Four seating areas with tables, armchairs, loungers, and benches invite you to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy the sunset.
Two pergolas provide shade under the Andalusian sky. Fully equipped: air conditioning with pay-per-use system (available for an extra fee), free Wi-Fi, TV, solar water heater, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, and kitchen utensils.
Bed linen included.
Shared washing machine on the rooftop, with iron and ironing board. Exclusively for adults.
Children are not allowed.
