This studio is located in the center of Conil and forms part of a restored traditional village house.
From the window, you can enjoy views of the sea and the village church.
The studio features an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed, living room, and dining space.
The kitchen and bathroom with shower are separate rooms.
You'll also have access to a spacious terrace of about 100 m², shared with three other studios on the same floor, offering wonderful sea views.
There are four inviting corners with tables, armchairs, sun loungers, and benches—ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, dining, having breakfast, or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
Two pergolas provide shade so you can sit back and enjoy the fresh air under the Andalusian sky. The studio is fully equipped and newly renovated.
Amenities include air conditioning (available for an extra charge), free Wi-Fi, TV, solar water heater, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, all basic kitchen utensils, and bed linen.
