In the popular holiday resort of Conil de la Frontera, the beautiful holiday home Casa Juan 1 is situated in a perfect location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach.
This pretty apartment consists of a living room, a large, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2 single beds as well as one bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable TV.
The large balcony also invites you to spend some time out under the shady awning and have a cosy evening with a glass of wine.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest beaches, Playa de la Fontanilla and Playa de los Bateles, are a 12-minute walk (850 m) from the property and are ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Please note that this property is intended for families and quiet groups.
Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation. A baby cot is available upon request. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
