Close to the GR70 (Stevenson Trail), the Velay Greenway, and the wild Loire, this countryside holiday apartment is fully on one level, carefully renovated, and equipped with features meeting accessibility standards.

The main living area features a fully adapted kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, 2-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter and pod coffee makers, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, cookware, and a raclette/grill.
The lounge area offers a sofa and a flat-screen TV (82 cm) with TNT thematic channels. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink unit, and a fully accessible walk-in shower.
Bedrooms are modern and colorful with quality bedding. Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190 cm), vaulted room, cool in summer, opens to the living room. Bedroom 2: 1 bed (140x190 cm), exposed beams, spacious. Gîte très fonctionnel, calme, propre, jardin agréable, bien placé pour différentes excursions. Une des 2 chambres est très fraîche ce qui est agréable quand il fait chaud. Adresse à retenir.

Nous avons trouvé un gîte super pour nous héberger pendant les travaux de notre maison. Son aménagement PMR est au top ! Il est très bien équipé, très agréable. Il a un jardin sympa. Les propriétaires sont super gentils (leurs voisins aussi). Il est dans un endroit calme, idéal pour se reposer et passer de bonnes vacances.
