Located in Solignac-sur-Loire, Haute-Loire, just 10 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, this cozy 67 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, dishes, table, and chairs.
The dining area features a sofa, TV, fan, and a dedicated workspace.
Please note: one bedroom is on a mezzanine, accessed by stairs, open to the kitchen and living room, without full separation. Relax on your private uncovered terrace and balcony, both offering beautiful views of the mountains and Loire Valley.
The apartment is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs. You have private parking for one car in front of the property, plus free public parking nearby.
Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed.
The entrance is independent, and the apartment is attached to the owners’ house. Shops are within walking distance: bakery, restaurant, newsstand, doctor (2 minutes’ walk), pharmacy and small supermarket (7 minutes’ walk). A small market takes place in front of the property every Wednesday morning.
The greenway is 5 minutes away for walkers and cyclists, and the start of the GR70 "Chemin de Stevenson" is 15 km away.
