Located in Audierne at the southern tip of Brittany, Kersiviant Cottage welcomes you to a typical 60 m² regional holiday home, ideal for 2 to 4 guests.
The house features 2 bedrooms (one with two 90 cm beds, the other with a 160 cm bed), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
The open-plan living room and kitchen are fully equipped, including a lounge area and fireplace.
Enjoy amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, and food processor.
A baby bed, high chair, and changing mat are available on request. Relax in your private, enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue—perfect after exploring coastal paths and wild coves.
The location is ideal for visiting both the coast and inland from Brest to Concarneau. Bicycles for adults and teenagers are provided for you to explore the surroundings. This independent stone house stands on a former family farm that has been in the family for six generations.
The setting is peaceful, green, and full of flowers—a true haven of tranquility! You are just 3 km from the ferry to the Île de Sein. Electricity is included up to a certain limit; additional usage is available for an extra fee.

L’emplacement géographique du gîte très adapté à la visite de la région et lieu calme. Et une hôte chaleureuse et disponible.

L’emplacement du gîte par rapport aux lieux à visiter
On aurait préféré avoir un canapé confortable en lieu et place de fauteuils lourds et moyennement confortables !
Le gîte n’est pas lumineux ce qui fait qu’on allume les lumières. En outre le relevé électrique a l’arrivée a été fait en notre présence mais nous n’avons pas contrôlé le relevé avec la propriétaire qui ne nous l’a pas montré.
Y a t il une norme pour la dépense énergétique à facturer ?
