Exceptional location with a view of the Audierne harbor mouth, just 2 minutes from Trescadec beach and 700 meters from the town center.
Ideal apartment for 2 people.
Easy and free parking next to the residence, or you can use a secure covered parking garage with keypad access.
The garage fits standard-sized vehicles (up to 1.90 m high, e.g., BMW X1, Dodge Nitro). Spaces are open, with no assigned spots. A secure key box is at the apartment entrance, allowing you to arrive independently.
Nearby, you’ll find the pier for Île de Sein and hiking trails. Harbor market: Wednesday and Saturday mornings year-round. The apartment features, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, two hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and mini-oven.
Binoculars are provided for enjoying the view and watching surfers.
Books and comics are also available. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 x 180 cm double bed, closets, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Designed for two guests, the apartment is on the third and top floor, on the corner, quiet, with sea and Goyen river views. Entry is via the main entrance of the residence, which has an elevator.
Please note, access to the bedroom is by stairs. The key box is next to the duplex door. The residence has a heated outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m), open from mid-May to mid-September, free for guests and equipped with sun loungers.
