Located in Sóller, Balearic Islands, this 300 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana.
On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 more guests.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and workspace.
Families have access to a crib and high chair. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with breathtaking mountain views.
There are several outdoor areas: a 50 m² terrace on the first floor and a 300 m² terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine. Shared on-site parking fits 3 vehicles.
Events are not permitted.
To reach the property, you'll need to drive a 500-meter cobblestone path, which may influence your rental car choice.
During your stay, you'll be accompanied by Rosa, a friendly local donkey. The villa is close to attractions like Sa Calobra and Lluc Monastery.
Heating in winter works with pellet bags, available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi speed is 10Mb, suitable for basic tasks. Rules: - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. - Please keep the villa tidy and clean. - Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in designated containers or collection points before departure.

L'emplacement de la maison en pleine nature est un atout pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la maison est charmante et convenablement équipée. Les terrasses sont très agréables.
Le check in a été très rapide et nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude le soir même. Avec l'aide à distance de notre hôte nous avons changé une bouteille de gaz ... L'équipement en vaisselle est un peu sommaire et usagé, il mériterait d'être étoffé et renouvelé. Il faut bien spécifier que l'accès à...

My wife, son and I stayed at Villa es Coco Soller for a week in July. Nice house and amazing location. The house is about 15 min drive on narrow roads from Port de soller. It is private, yet not remote. Excellent for small families and for those who want to explore the Tramuntana area.
