Only a few meters from the sea, the apartment Montemar 33 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants guests with its communal outdoor area and a great view of the turquoise blue sea.
The apartment has a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV.
A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request.
Outside, there is a covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue for your private use, where you can enjoy meals together over a glass of wine.
The community pool (shared with 40 other apartments) and outdoor showers also provide refreshment on warm summer days.
A supermarket is 4 km away, while a selection of restaurants as well as the beach Platja d'en Repic are only 200 m or a short walk from the property.
Please note that the accommodation is on a hillside—to get there, you have to travel on the road or take 200 steps.

Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied.
Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided.
For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

Gut ausgestattet, traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse und schöner kleiner Gemeinschaftspool.
Es müssten ein paar Sachen erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Geschirrspüler. Aber Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert.
Bien équipé, il manquait rien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Der Pool wird mit vieeel zuviel Chlor betrieben. Keine fundierte Ahnung vom Gärtner!!!!!!!!!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr alt, die Fugen im Badezimmer sind schimmlig, das Holz am Möbel löst sich auf, der Wasserhahn sehr unappetitlich. Mücken eine grosse Plage.
