Located in Marina di Tertenia, in the Abba Urci area, this 70 m² villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and a third with a double sofa bed. The villa has a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
All bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning.
Wi-Fi, a TV and a barbecue are also available.
Step-free access and interiors make it easy to move around. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden of around 23 m² with a covered terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the beautiful sea and mountain views.
The outdoor pool, shared within the grounds, is available from 15 May to 15 October, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Parking is available within the residential complex.
You may bring one pet during your stay.
Events are not permitted.

Die Natur um das Haus herum und die Nähe zum Meer waren toll.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Vor allem wenn die Nachbarn laut sind, wird das schnell zur Last.
