The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine.
A cot and high chair are available on request and for an extra fee.
This holiday home offers a private outdoor area, including a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the private garden.
The property offers a shared pool with three other units (open from May 15 to October 15) and an outdoor shower.
Nearby you will find the beaches of Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu, the Su Marmuri caves, the Su Gorropu canyon, the Tiscali archaeological area, the Su Gologone spring, and the red rocks of Arbatax.
Within the residence, there are tennis, five-a-side football, and beach volleyball courts that you can use free of charge. The property has free parking spaces reserved for the residence.
