Villa Spedaluzzo is an elegant Renaissance residence located on the historic Via Bolognese, just 2.5 km from Florence’s city center.
Next to Villa La Pietra (New York University) and Villa Finaly (Universités de Paris), the property is ideally situated.
The bus stop for line 25 is right outside the entrance, providing quick and easy access to the center and other public transport lines.
