Situated in Florence, the apartment Attico In Santo Spirito offers 95 sqm of space for up to 2 guests.

Events are not permitted on the property. The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of Palazzo Rosselli del Turco, a historic building that served as the American Embassy when Florence was the capital of Italy.
There are approximately 50 steps to reach the apartment, 40 of which are served by a stairlift chair.
Please note that street noise may be noticeable, which could be a concern for light sleepers.
The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. The neighborhood is one of the most characteristic in the city, featuring beautiful squares, churches, and artisan workshops.
It has been recognized as one of the coolest neighborhoods in Europe.
