The 55 m² apartment in Laichingen accommodates up to 2 guests and features a living/dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
You have a private, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, as well as Wi-Fi and TV for your comfort.
The bright, modern apartment is lovingly furnished and offers a comfortable sofa and seating areas for relaxing. Enjoy the sunny outdoor terrace with seating, awning, and wind protection—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
Public transport is within easy walking distance.
Events are not permitted on the property. The quiet residential street is on a south-facing slope, just steps from the beautiful Alb plateau countryside.
The marketplace, city center, shops, restaurants, and cafés are about a 7-minute walk away.
This location is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, or skiing (ski lift in town). The local recreation area Westerlau with wildlife enclosure, the Laichingen cave, and the climbing forest will enrich your stay.
Ulm with its cathedral and old town is about 30 km away; Stuttgart Airport and trade fair are about 60 km away.
Both can be easily reached by bus and train.
Outletcity Metzingen is about a 35-minute drive away.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Von der Ausstattung her war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und falls doch etwas gefehlt hätte, hätte man sich problemlos an die freundlichen Gastgeber wenden können.
Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und mit frisch...
