Vacation apartment 'Stumpp's Appartement' with private terrace, WLAN and air conditioning.
Situated in Heroldstatt, in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve, the Stumpp's apartment, offers everything you need for a cozy holiday.
The 39 m2 accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and offers space for 2 people.
The facilities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) with its own workstation for home office, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer.
A high chair for children is also available.
The apartment offers a private, furnished outdoor area with a partly covered terrace and a barbecue.
The adjoining lawn invites you to relax and unwind. Public transport, shops, pharmacy, bank and tennis court are all within a 15-minute walk. Very good connection to the A8 highway and the express train line Stuttgart-Ulm. Both in Merklingen (10 km). The nearest train station is Merklingen station- Swabian Alb. Stuttgart-Ulm high-speed rail line is 13 km away. Stuttgart airport is 60 km away. Due to the location on the outskirts of the accommodation, hiking and cycling directly from the accommodation, as well as in the surrounding area. A parking lot is available on the property, as well as free parking on the street. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Bicycles can be provided for an extra charge. This accommodation has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly.

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und hatte einen Garten, welchen wir gerne mit unseren 10 Monate alten Sohn genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein.
Alles hat gepasst/wurde von der Gastgeberin umgehend passend gemacht!
