Wohnung ist in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Fahrradweg, Gaienhofen hat einen Bootsanleger, Uferbereich naturbelassen, in unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein örtlicher Einkaufsmarkt mit Brottheke, Wurst- und Fischtheke.

Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus und ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die überdachte windgeschützte Terrasse und die Barrierefreiheit der Wohnung und des Badezimmers hat uns sehr gefallen.
Ansprechend eingerichtet, große Wohnung und in ruhiger naturnaher Lage.
