The apartment has a private entrance and is located in our detached family house in a very quiet area on the edge of town.
Lake Constance is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, possibly with a baby (please bring your own travel cot) or a child (pull-out sofa bed). It is on the lower ground floor but is very bright and filled with natural light.
The apartment offers one bedroom, a living room with LCD TV (16:9) and radio, and a spacious open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, two different coffee machines, and a dining area.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The entire apartment has tiled floors with underfloor heating, making it suitable for allergy sufferers. You have access to 2 separate sun terraces. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed.
Please also note that smoking is not permitted in our house. A parking space for your car and a covered bicycle storage area are available on the property.
The accommodation provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site.

Most of the electricity is generated by our own photovoltaic system. After booking, you will receive a contact form from the booking portal.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen wo man bei Sonne schön mit gehen kann.
Man kann von dort aus schöne Radtouren machen in die Schweiz wie um den Bodensee.
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt.
