Located in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, Schleswig-Holstein, this cozy holiday home offers around 70 m² of living space in a quiet yet central setting, accommodating up to 4 guests.
You will find three bedrooms: two with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). A baby cot, high chair, and changing table are also provided.
The house features a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, plus a separate guest WC upstairs. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and one bedroom, washing machine, insect screens, and convenient self check-in. Relax in your private garden with swing and sandbox—perfect for children.
The south-facing, uncovered terrace with a large adjustable sunshade and charcoal grill invites you to enjoy outdoor meals and relaxation. Two parking spaces are available in tandem, one under a carport.
There is also a storage room for bicycles. Our holiday home is suitable only for couples and families; tradespeople and workers are not permitted.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The property is allergy-friendly and has no carpets. The beach is just 350 meters away.
Nearby, you can enjoy mudflat walks, the spa park with many play areas, football and basketball courts, a seal sanctuary, go-kart rental, cycling and hiking trails, and the Trischendamm (2200 m). Access to the Trischendamm is open again.
The newly designed spa park with many new play structures and the new adventure playground are also available to you. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them locally from the spa administration, available for an extra fee.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und man merkt, mit wie viel Herz er dabei ist.
Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und es mangelt an absolut nichts. Wir wurden sogar im Vorfeld informiert dass auch ein Check in am Morgen schon möglich ist, sodass wir den ersten Tag schon komplett nutzen konnten, das war super.
Es war eine sehr schöne Woche.

Die Fussbodenheizung im Wohnzimmer und Bad war sehr schön warm! Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden egal ob Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser oder Küchenutensilien! Sehr bequeme Betten und schönes Bad!
Die Vermieter sind super nett und immer für einen da! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Er hat uns einige nützliche Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben,
