The semi-detached house features a private, fenced garden (1.5 m high) and is just a few meters from the dike. Amenities: - Functional kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and various small appliances - Terrace furniture and beach chair, TV with Blu-ray player.
Broadband internet and Netflix (subject to availability) included. - Large bathroom on the ground floor with window, separate exit to the garden, and shower - Second bathroom upstairs with window, sink, shower, and toilet - Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - Children's room with single bed and pull-out bed - Storage room with 2 adult bikes (subject to availability), 1 children's bike, handcart, washing machine, and dryer - Infrared cabin for 2 people (available for an extra fee) The house is heated with electricity.
If actual electricity use exceeds the flat rate, extra consumption will be charged according to current rates. A large play lawn is located on the quiet communal property.
The house is suitable for all seasons.
Dogs are allowed for an extra fee. Construction work on the dike is expected to be completed by spring 2026.
