After renovations to the roof and the addition of air conditioning, we are pleased to reopen bookings for this comfortable, air-conditioned holiday home nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by several hectares of garrigue, vineyards, and olive trees.
Enjoy an infinity pool with a 180° panoramic view over the valley all the way to the Pyrenees. The living-dining room offers two sofas, TV, WiFi, and a foosball table.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200). Baby cot available on request.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Two large private terraces: one sunny, the other shaded under a pergola, both with loungers. Just steps away, the infinity pool (10 x 6 m), open from mid-May to mid-October, includes loungers, shower, and a stunning view over the Minervois plain, Alaric mountain, and the Pyrenees. The owners live discreetly in the main house on the other side of the pool. A third bedroom (140x190 bed) with independent entrance and bathroom is available for an extra charge. Ideal for relaxation, hiking, or sightseeing in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park: 4 km from Minerve (45 min walk via the GR), 20 min from the Canal du Midi, 40 min from Carcassonne, 50 min from the beaches.
