Welcome to Le Petit Bussac, a peaceful haven ideal for 4 people, nestled in the picturesque village of Aigne, in the heart of Hérault, between Narbonne and Carcassonne.
This village, over a thousand years old, immerses you in history and the charm of exposed stone in this characterful village house.
Ideally located on the central 'snail' square, right in front of the church (which does not ring), in a pedestrian area, you will be just steps away from several local artists' studios. Le Petit Bussac offers a quiet, green, and flower-filled setting, with parking accessible only 20 to 40 meters away.
The house is both a place to relax and a perfect starting point to explore this region rich in history and nature. Accommodation amenities: On the 1st floor, a bright 25 m² living area includes a lounge/dining room with a fully equipped small open kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm), a dining area, a television, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine. On the 2nd floor, a large air-conditioned 25 m² bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), a private shower room, and a WC.
The entire space is furnished in a modern and warm style, with new wooden furniture, for maximum comfort. Additional option: You have the possibility to combine this F2 with a fully equipped independent studio on the ground floor for 2 additional people, available for an extra fee.
