Located in the peaceful countryside of the Landes, this detached, single-storey house of 55 m² offers a relaxing retreat for families or small groups.
Set on a wooded, fully fenced one-hectare property, it combines nature, comfort, and leisure, just 20 to 25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, as well as the lakes of Arjuzanx and Léon. Layout and Features The holiday home includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a windowless cabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (2x90 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed and television. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils. A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, wipes, sponge, and a sachet of dishwashing liquid (no tea towel). Baby bed and high chair available on request and subject to availability. Outdoor Comfort You will enjoy a private terrace with garden table, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. Guests have access to a shared wooded park, a swimming pool (June-September, 9:30 am-8:30 pm), a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court. Free Wi-Fi, private and shared parking, washing machine. Accommodation suitable for motorbikes and non-smoking.
Pets allowed on request (additional fees apply). Extras and Practical Information Bed linen and towels can be rented (on request and subject to availability). End-of-stay cleaning service optional.
Electricity is charged separately during the heating season, from 7 kWh/day (according to actual consumption). If you are bringing a pet, please inform the owner in advance; additional fees apply.

Nous avons était très bien accueillis par les hôtes.. domaine bien entretenu, calme, gite spacieux pour 3 personnes on a apprécié le coin terrasse et le petit plus la piscine pour passé un moment détente après une bonne journée de visite 😊.. situé tout près de l'autoroute qui permet de rejoindre beaucoup d'axe rapidement ..

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances en famille avec nos 2 grands chiens. Les propriétaires, Sabrina et Fabrice nous ont très bien accueilli. Ils sont disponibles et sympathiques. Le gîte est propre, spacieux et lumineux. La piscine est très bien entretenue comme tous les espaces extérieurs.
