Located 4 km from Lesperon and its amenities, it offers a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Spread over two levels, the house features on the ground floor a spacious 75 m² patio opening onto a private 1,000 m² garden.
There is a comfortable living area for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated children’s area.
A laundry room completes this floor. Upstairs, a bright 70 m² living space includes a cozy lounge with smart TV and wood-burning stove, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area has two large bedrooms for up to 8 guests.
There is a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower. Built with eco-friendly materials and excellent insulation, the house ensures year-round thermal and acoustic comfort. Outside, enjoy the private garden with parking, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and a lit pétanque court.
The property is secured by an electric gate. A range of services is available to enhance your stay: breakfast on request, activities, themed evenings, and the possibility to organize events for up to 80 people. Het huis was schoon, netjes, voldoende spullen, voldoende zithoekjes. Gastvrouw makkelijk bereikbaar. Voldoende schaduw, prachtig uitzicht, bos begint om de hoek.
We hebben er een fijne vakantie gehad.
Als je beneden leeft/woont dan heb je de vaatwasser (en toilet) boven, dan moet je de trap op en af met een dienblad met vaat.
