Villa Cruz is a spacious 100 m² villa located in the peaceful village of Fernán Pérez, within the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park.
With room for up to 6 guests and 3 bedrooms, it’s the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking to unwind in a privileged natural setting. The house offers large, comfortable, and well-equipped interiors.
The generous private terrace and balcony are ideal spots to start your day: enjoy the sunrise from the terrace with a good coffee, soaking in the silence and unique light of this corner of Cabo de Gata.
Barbecues are not allowed on the terrace. Just 10 minutes from Las Negras, you’ll have access to pristine beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters.
The area invites you to explore hiking trails and discover some of the most unique landscapes on the Almería coast. Your hosts are available to assist with any needs during your stay, ensuring a warm and personalized experience. Access: The villa is on the first floor, accessible by stairs.
